Your review window
From the moment you receive the dress you have 7 calendar days to inspect it. If it doesn't match the listing (condition, measurements, authenticity), report the issue from your order within that window.
For purchases from stores (B2C channel), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also applies.
How it's resolved
Our team reviews the case and responds within a standard 7 days (up to 14 if a physical inspection is required). Depending on the reason, we authorize the return and, once the dress is received back, we issue your refund.
Who covers the return shipping depends on the reason: if the dress doesn't match the listing, it isn't you.
Meanwhile, your money is safe
The payment stays in escrow for the entire dispute: the seller doesn't get paid until the case is resolved.
