The rules of using RELOVE: what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

The service

RELOVE is a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers of pre-loved wedding dresses, with protected payment, listing verification and traceable logistics.

Purchases and payments

The payment is held in escrow until the buyer accepts the dress or her review window of 7 calendar days from delivery ends. Every piece is one of a kind: once a purchase is confirmed, the listing is locked immediately.

Sales

The seller commits to describing the dress honestly, using real photos and handing it to the carrier within 48 hours of payment. Failing to do so can lead to cancellation and penalties.

Disputes

Disputes are resolved under our returns policy, within a standard 7 days. No dispute stays open indefinitely.
